Where do you provide your cleaning services?

We currently bring our sparkling service to the greater Houston to galveston area and all surrounding neighborhoods within a 50-mile radius. If you're unsure if you fall within our zone, just give us a shout!

What are your standard operating hours?

Our friendly teams are out cleaning Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We also offer limited Saturday appointments from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM for those who need a weekend refresh. also we do special like same day services and after our cleaning contact us and find out how 

Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?

Absolutely. We prioritize your health and the environment by using only high-quality, non-toxic, and eco-friendly sanitizing products. They are tough on germs but safe for your family and pets.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot, though we always strive to accommodate last-minute cleaning needs!

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens! You can reschedule or cancel for free up to 24 hours before your service. Changes made within 24 hours may incur a small cancellation fee.

Can I move my appointment?

Absolutely. You can easily reschedule through our online portal or by contacting our friendly team at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit.

Do you offer recurring cleanings?

Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring plans with special discounts. It is the best way to keep your home or office smiling consistently.
